We offer a wide range of products available for purchase directly on our website. In addition to our standard offerings, we also provide custom bouquet services. Do we have a physical store locations? +

At the moment, we do not have a physical store. However, we have a small corner at MCQ Subiaco Pavillion, Perth. where customers can purchase our products. We will update our social platform to announce when we open a physical location for customers to come shop. Thank you for your understanding!

Where do we ship our products from? +

Our shipments start their journey from Perth, Australia. We ship locally within Perth, across interstate locations, and internationally. We offer free local pickup in Ballajura, Perth.

All shipment will be sent via AusPost.

What is the estimated shipping time for my order? +

Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days, but please refer to the announcement bar for any changes to this timeframe.

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Local Perth delivery: Standard (2-4 days) and Express (1-2 days)
  • Interstate delivery: Standard (3-6 days) and Express (1-3 days)
  • International delivery: Standard (5-14 days) and Express (2-7 days)

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Return and refund terms +

If you wish to cancel/exchange your order due to a change of heart, please contact us promptly using the form below. We can accommodate cancellations and issue refunds before your order is shipped. However, once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that our products are meticulously handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade items, we are unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support for our craftsmanship.

* In the event that an order is lost or missing, we have established the following policy to address the issue:

- We will promptly investigate the situation by checking the tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a search.

- Once the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will provide the customer with a replacement order or a refund, depending on their preference.

- We will inform the customer about the situation and offer them the option of a replacement order or a refund.

- We will keep the customer updated on the progress of their replacement order or refund and provide them with any relevant tracking information.

- We will review and improve our shipping and handling processes to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

* In the event that a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the following policy applies:

- Please contact us promptly using the form below. If the order haven't already shipped, we may be able to change the address. If it has already shipped, but not yet delivered, we may be able to have the shipper re-route the order to the correct address.

- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
